Property Company of Friends, Inc., more popularly known as Pro-Friends, is a property development company that started operations in February 1999.
It was established by a group of dynamic individuals who espoused a common vision of providing affordable quality homes in a real community setting in the belief that building better homes means better lives. |
Pro-Friends initially focused on providing homes for the low income market. Over the years however, the company’s product offerings have become diversified, and now address the needs of its various markets – from low cost housing subdivisions and medium rise condominium buildings for the low-income group , to townhouses and single detached units for the higher end of the income spectrum. It has also started to veer away from small pocket developments and instead focus on estate development.
To date, the company has provided more than 10,000 quality and affordable housing units to its satisfied clientele mostly in the Cavite area, where it has found its market niche.
Moreover, the company prides itself in having developed a housing technology that has vastly improved not only the quality of its products , but also the efficiency of its operations and, consequently its financial position., after being in operation for less than 10 years.

Green Circle Realty Sales Inc. is a real estate marketing company engaged in selling affordable quality homes catering to middle-and-above-middle-income earners, such as government & private employees, overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), and entrepreneurs, including those covered by Pag-IBIG Fund.
Officially registered as a corporate entity at the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 15, 2006, Green Circle Realty is headed by its founder and President, Gabriel V. Dominguez who used to be the public affairs manager of the Pag-IBIG Fund, a former senior vice president of Fil-Estate Network, Inc. and a marketing consultant to various real estate developers. |
Green Circle Realty exists for two significant objectives: 1) To provide affordable quality homes to the ordinary wage earners looking for their money's worth, and 2) To provide an income opportunity for enterprising individuals through professional real estate selling.
To achieve its first objective, Green Circle has forged an alliance with Property Company of Friends (Pro-Friends), a dynamic real estate developer which started putting up affordable homes in February 1999. With such partnership, Green Circle enjoys the distinct opportunity to market Pro-Friends' housing projects in the Cavite area, more specifically in Carmona, Imus, Bacoor, Dasmariñas & General Trias.
For its second objective, Green Circle continues to invite and train enterprising individuals who want to become successful in the real estate sales & marketing arena. A product of extensive training in real estate selling and entrepreneurship, Green Circle's founder and president has emerged to become one of today's successful real estate entrepreneurs.
